Healthy Breakfast Ideas

Eating healthy has become less of a priority for people, but I would consider switching over to a healthier lifestyle. Breakfast being one of the most important meals of the day, you don't want to skip it. Skipping any meals will make you more hungry later on and can lead to over eating. One healthy breakfast idea is a breakfast parfait including little low-fat dairy and some vitamin-rich fruit. That is a nice healthy start to your day giving you plenty of nutrition. I encourage you to try this out!

  1. Breakfast... I never understood why it's the most important meal, I haven't eatin breakfast since like seventh grade, I don't feel like it has effected me in any negative way. But that parfait does sound tasty!!!

  2. Well then maybe you should try out that parfait! I'm sure you'd enjoy it Tanner! Personally, I can tell the difference when I don't eat something in the morning! when I don't eat a little something in the morning I feel really tired, and I don't want to do anything, and its harder for me to focus in class. Then when I do eat breakfast I feel less tired, and I'm more awake and alert during class, and I'm more focused on what were doing in class, and later on I'm not as hungry as I would be if I hadn't eaten breakfast. I definitely over-eat when I skip breakfast, because I get so hungry I feel like I have to stuff my face with everything at lunch.
